Assistant Director of Nursing - Drogheda (121 Bedded)
Salary: €70K - €75K - depending on experience
TTM Healthcare Solutions in partnership with our client Moorehall Living are actively looking to recruit a passionate, engaging and ambitious Assistant Director of Nursing to join and lead the team for Moorehall Lodge, Drogheda.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for the clinical operations of the centre, ensuring delivery of effective and person-centred care, leading teams to create a place where people can flourish.
This is an exciting career opportunity whereby the successful candidate will be empowered by a supportive team both locally and across the broader Virtue Integrated Elder Care Group to lead, enhance, and shape the delivery of care at Moorehall Lodge Drogheda.
You will have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, manage within approved resources, and offer strategic and operational leadership. You will work closely with key leaders and develop strong effective relationships with HIQA, HSE, families, and other key stakeholders.
Interested candidates should:
1. Have full registration with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
2. Have a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience of nursing older people within the previous 6 years
3. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area
4. Demonstrate sound knowledge and clinical nursing practice together with future trends in elder care.
5. Hold a post registration management qualification in health or a related field
6. A management qualification or Higher Diploma in Gerontology is desirable but not essential.
7. Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
8. ADON experience would be an added advantage
