Bulmers Business Development Manager
Location: Field based; covering Co. Cavan, Co. Monaghan, parts of Co. Meath and surrounding area
This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel within the designated geographic area.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead the new business development of our Bulmers & Craft portfolio within the wider IOI portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business, cold call as appropriate within your geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
* Identify opportunities to increase volume and margin sales for your clients, particularly in line with key events in the geographical region.
* Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate and entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system.
Requirements:
* Excellent commercial acumen, experience of brand portfolio selling and sales experience in a highly competitive environment, ideally with a focus on the On Trade.
* Great selling and negotiation skills, strong IT and numerical skills and a full and clean driving license.
* Candidate must have at least a WSET Level 1, but not essential.

The salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
