Job Description:
Location/Office Policy: Central Park / Hybrid Working
* Change is at the heart of everything we do in AIB. The Governance, Data and Insights team provide oversight of changes delivered across the organisation. The activities are dynamic, rewarding and fast paced.
* As a Senior Business Analyst / SME you will support the running of Clarity, AIB’s project and portfolio management application.
* Duties of the role holder will both run and change activities relating to the Clarity portfolio management tool.
What is the Role:
* As a Senior Business Analyst / SME you will support the running of Clarity, AIB’s project and portfolio management application.
Key accountabilities:
* Support daily monitoring and support activities related to the Clarity application
* Oversee and manage the change roadmap for Clarity, including coordinating both onshore and offshore application development teams.
* Coordination, prioritisation and scheduling of activities with the development team as required. Participate in the prioritisation process for the change roadmap and pivot according to business needs.
* Document all Business Requirements for all Clarity implemented changes
* Support the development of Solution Design and secure approvals as required
* Coordinate testing of new Clarity functionality and the remediation of any bugs/defect fixes. Coordinate business acceptance and any associated deployment planning, post-deployment validations as required
* Stakeholder management - engaging with stakeholders to take ideas from inception to design and implementation in Clarity. Coordinate meetings/workshops to review and document requirements.
* Identify and engage with impacted stakeholders for each change/project, including gathering required approvals, business readiness reviews, required communications and identifying all downstream impacts of delivered change.
* Document updates for each project/change and ensure impacted guidance documents are maintained and updated - user guides, process maps
What you Will Bring:
* 3+ years experience in a Business Analyst role
* Strong business process mapping experience
* Strong experience in analysing IT applications and recommending solutions to support business needs
* Prior experience in Change Management preferred

Challenges the status quo and introduces changes to processes, ways of working, engagements and solutions.
* Communication: Strong communication skills required to ensure stakeholders are kept informed of changes and any potential issues which may arise. Ability to translate ideas into detailed requirements and work with the technical team to agree on appropriate solution design.
* Change Management: Understand the end-to-end impact of changes which are delivered, in order to ensure appropriate communication, support and training is available.
