We are currently seeking an Office Administration Manager to join a company based in Cork .
WHAT WE OFFER Competitive annual salary, ranging from €55,000 to € 65,000, based on experience.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES Office Management: Organizing office tasks and maintaining supplies.
Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Communication: Handling calls, emails, and inquiries.
Client Coordination: Supporting client onboarding and experience.
Project Support: Assisting with documentation and progress tracking.
Event Coordination: Organizing company events and meetings.
Financial Administration: Assisting with invoicing and expenses.
HR Support: Assisting with onboarding and training.
Data Management: Ensuring accurate data entry.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel and accommodation.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred, but we are open to enthusiastic candidates who are quick learners and show strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
