A client in the Aviation Industry based in Limerick City is looking to hire an individual who is highly organised and structured to join their Contracts management/ Finance Team. This organisation is well established, growing and a leader in its field. This presents a great opportunity for the right candidate who has experience working in a similar field in Ireland.
Your new role
This opportunity is a 12-month contract role with a strong possibility of extension. For the first 3 months, this will be a fully office-based role.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience using Dynamics 365 or similar
Duties will include:
1. Working mainly on the company's finance system, Dynamic D365
2. Preparing and timely output of monthly lease rental invoices and supplemental rent invoices
3. Payment registrations
4. Ad hoc invoicing such as commitment fee invoicing, sales invoicing, spare parts, credit notes etc.
5. Reconciliations
6. Monitoring and ensuring lease schedules are up-to-date
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience working in aviation is highly advantageous!
8. In this role you will work alongside the contract management team. Experience in similar is an advantage
9. 2 years experience in Accounts is essential
