As a Senior Developer within the team, you'll collaborate closely with the Software Development Lead to design, develop, and implement a suite of software applications tailored to the unique opportunities of the Life Sciences industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the entire development process, utilising your expertise to create transformative solutions that drive business success.
What you will be doing:
1. Providing technical input to the overall software architecture, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
2. Participate in user story/requirement refinements and design reviews to optimise software design.
3. Implement software in accordance with agreed designs and create comprehensive tests to ensure reliability.
4. Support code review and address defects identified during testing and QA.
5. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
6. Embrace and promote a culture of collaboration, enthusiasm, and effective communication.
What they are looking for:
7. 5+ years development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
8. Strong knowledge in Angular Typescript, RxJS, NgRX state management, and Fluid Design.
9. Experience with test frameworks such as Jest and Playwright, and GIT in Development activity.
10. Good understanding of Design Patterns and a track record of actively supporting and mentoring team members.
11. Software analysis and design experience but not essential.
12. DevExtreme would be good but not essential.
13. Must be based in Ireland with experience in the Irish market.
