Who You Are:
o You seek out and develop new revenue streams within target segments and customers as it relates to Getty Images’ commercial strategy and all its products and services, enabling sustainable financial growth.
Your Next Challenge:
o Build a target list of leads in their target segment/organizations and purposefully track down opportunities.
o Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, including interactions with our competitors.
o Aggressively sell to these leads, building lasting professional relationships with new contacts up to C-suite level by proposing solutions or bundles of solutions that meet their needs.
o Demonstrate consistent daily habits of progressing leads through sales stages including implementing detailed next steps for each opportunity.
o Demonstrate a strategic approach to developing the target segment or customer, looking beyond short-term targets to build a pipeline of sufficient size to exceed budget.
o Implement business strategy across the target segment whether cross-selling, upselling, discount management, optimally raising pricing or bringing new, fee-based products or features to market.
o Author detailed selling plans minimum twice yearly, outlining specific targets, contact strategy, KPIs for success and points of adjustment.
o Consistently deliver required business reports accurately and on time
o Meet required monthly Salesforce CRM KPIs.
o Upload a forecast (Outlook) that is +/-10% of what is delivered in the month.
What You'll Need:
o Sell in a systematic, methodological way using a process driven approach.
o Proven experience (minimum 3 years) using Salesforce or equivalent CRM system.
o Demonstrated experience of and comfort with Salesforce Engage, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent tools.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Well-developed time management and organization skills.
o Commercially aware and data numerate.
o Competent in use of Excel and other reporting tools
o Skilled networker, able to reach senior and C-suite contacts.
o Effective, influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills able to engage effectively through all media, from in-person to virtual.
o Collaborates effectively with internal Getty Images SMEs and colleagues in other segments/departments.
o At least 7 years of sales representative experience in a SaaS or Consumer Goods environment is preferred.
o Can quickly acquire or has developed an industry understanding.
o Self-starting, proactive, self-motivated, works effectively with minimal supervision.
o Brings curiosity and inquisitiveness to interactions with potential customers.
o Empathetic, with well-developed active listening as well as questioning skills
o Demonstrates a growth mindset through commitment to continuous professional development; seeks regular coaching and feedback on customer interactions (in person or recorded)
o Driven to succeed and competitive: circumvents barriers, consistently aiming to exceed 100%.
o Leads by example and “pays it forward” by embodying sales professional best practice and mentoring other sales employees
