About the Role
The Graduate Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the construction phase. Key responsibilities include coordinating project quality processes and procedures, monitoring closeout of issues and defects, and analysing trends in project quality statistics.
* Coordinate project quality processes and procedures with project teams
* Support project quality audits for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Quality Management System
* Maintain and update project quality documentation
* Update and issue weekly project quality reports
Responsibilities
The role involves:
* Liaising with all parties involved in a construction project
* Reporting weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
* Maintaining a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you should hold a minimum Level 7/8 degree in a related field, have excellent communication skills, and be flexible and adaptable. You should also possess IT literacy and share our values of being collaborative, customer-focused, safety-conscious, proactive, innovative, and committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive working environment.
