Desktop Support Engineer
Our client seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st & 2nd support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
* Assist in Desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation.
* Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to software and hardware promptly.
* Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
Requirements:
* Industry certifications and relevant experience are required.
* Previous experience working within a Financial Services Company.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11), MAC OS and Citrix.
