My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for an AI Architect to join the team on a permanent basis working on a hybrid model. Job Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive AI architectures and data strategies to address complex organizational needs.
* Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions, including generative AI models, predictive analytics, and machine learning systems.
* Manage the full lifecycle of AI and data projects, from initial discovery and design to deployment and continuous optimization.
* Create and implement data pipelines and engineering frameworks to integrate AI models seamlessly within enterprise ecosystems.
* Promote the adoption of generative AI and advanced analytics, ensuring alignment with measurable organizational goals.
* Guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI and data-driven solutions.
* Stay informed about advancements in AI and data technologies, identifying tools and methodologies to enhance solutions and strategies.
* Provide mentorship to team members, sharing expertise in AI, data architecture, and industry best practices to build overall capability.
Experience Required
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in AI architecture, data engineering, and delivering solutions.
* Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, integration, and cloud-based architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Extensive knowledge of generative AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and data-driven decision-making methodologies.
* Proficiency in ETL processes, designing data pipelines, and implementing data governance practices.
* Strong project management capabilities to execute complex AI and data initiatives within defined timelines and scope.
* Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment across organizational teams.
Essential and Desirable Skills
* Master’s degree in artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
* Experience in delivering scalable AI and data architectures, particularly in enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act) and their implications for AI solutions.
* A well-rounded skill set combining technical expertise with business insight, enabling effective collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
