Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing client relationships and addressing specific needs in audit and advisory services. Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries. Provide essential accountancy services, including: Reviewing management accounts and preparing unaudited year-end statutory accounts. Advising on financial control systems. Offering Company Secretarial support as required. Lead the implementation of the firm's accounting technology strategy. Monitor team performance metrics, such as billing, collections, and work-in-progress. Mentor, coach, and evaluate staff to foster a positive and growth-oriented team culture. Skills and Competencies ACA or ACCA qualification with a minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience. At least 5 years of experience in practice with expertise in financial and management accounts. Proven leadership and management abilities. Strong commercial awareness and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Surf, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero). Client-focused, with a solution-oriented approach, discretion, and strong judgment.
