Operations Manager - Small Works Division
BHA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Small Works Division, focusing on facilities management, fit-out projects, and fireproofing services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with the ability to lead and deliver projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This hands-on role requires a strong leader who can manage teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Operations Director and play a key role in driving operational excellence within the division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the operations of facilities management, fit-out, and fireproofing projects.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the project teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
* Ensure adherence to safety standards, project quality, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Proactively resolve any operational issues that arise during project execution.
* Report project progress, challenges, and outcomes to the Operations Director.

* Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or facilities management sector.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
