The Chef team in this property are exceptional and long serving employees, so there is a fantastic team environment for anyone new coming on board.
The role:
* Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in the day to day operations of the kitchen
* HACCP duties
* Food preparation
* Preparing food for breakfast, carvery, bar-food, restaurant, banquets and events
* Providing service excellence to all guests of the hotel
* General Chef duties
* Training of Junior Chefs

The ideal candidate:
Minimum of 3 years as a Chef de Partie
Previous Chef experience for Conferences, banqueting and events
Excellent people skills
Able to work 45 hours per week (5 over 7)
