The Carlton Hotel Blanchardstown is recruiting for a Chef de Partie.
The main responsibilities for the Chef de partie role is to assist the kitchen brigade in ensuring we consistently deliver the highest standard and quality of cuisine to our customers, in a safe and hygienic environment.
Specific responsibilities include: To ensure all guest requests are met To assist in updating all menus consistently and seasonally according to standard.
To ensure all products used are well above standard for quality To ensure all Standards are met in relation to mes en place, food preparation and cooking, food presentation and food hygiene, To ensure there are excellent lines of communication open with food service personnel To assist in all areas of the Hotel kitchen as required We are looking for someone who is flexible, dedicated and hard working with the capability of carrying out all duties to a consistently high standard.
