Job Summary
A highly organized and detail-oriented administrator is sought to support both the sales and finance departments of a renowned luxury retailer in Dublin 2. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily cash operations and till reconciliation.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team, including report writing, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Manage balance sheets, investigate discrepancies, and prepare sales reports.
* Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders efficiently.
* Maintain and update records and reports using Excel.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in a sales or finance administration role, ideally within retail.
* Strong proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
* Experience in financial reconciliation.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Experience using sales or financial systems such as Sage or SAP.
