Role Description
The Cyber Security Business Management Associate is responsible for managing financial forecasting, planning, budgeting, and analysis for the Office of the CISO.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial planning and forecasting and tracking estimates against actuals.
* Track and identify opportunities for cost savings and cost recoveries.
* Review and approve department expenses and create and monitor budget for approval.
* Drive business case development to support driving key initiatives.
* Track and monitor headcount ensuring open roles are aligned with overall strategy and based on needs.
* Partner with HR to drive recruiting for full time, intern and contractor positions.
* Aggressively manage investment and expenses to ensure projects and cost remain on target.
* Develop financial management reporting for executive, regulatory, and board communications.
* Oversee development of and implementation of internal processes and systems, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring efficient operations.
Requirements:
* A track record of successful financial management, project management skills in order to effectively manage several priority projects at the same time with a sense of urgency.
* A high level of professionalism, discretion, and judgement in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
