Your new role
As a Graphic Designer, you will provide a professional, creative, and comprehensive graphic design service.
You will support the Design and Multimedia Team in delivering highly creative on and offline design services.
Your work will include:
* Developing and maintaining design principles;
* Creating literature and publications;
* Contributing to high-profile events and projects;
You will also ensure adherence to branding guidelines and assist with the development of graphic design strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A third level qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Web Design, Digital Media, Communications/IT, Marketing/IT, or similar;
* At least two years of experience using design software packages such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark, Adobe, Acrobat, or equivalent;
* Experience with design principles, desktop publishing, Apple operating systems, and planning and costing jobs from concept to print;
* Experience in website development, design, and email marketing platforms like MailChimp (desirable);
You will also need to have:
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite;
* The ability to maintain an effective storage system for artwork files and image stock;
* An up-to-date knowledge of digital technologies and trends.
