This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, with a mandate to drive financial excellence, optimise processes, and support the company’s ambitious expansion strategy.As a key member of the senior finance leadership team, the successful candidate will lead a high-performing finance function, enhance governance and controls, and implement scalable financial processes to support long-term growth. This role requires an experienced finance leader with deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a large, high-calibre finance team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.Oversee group financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.Implement financial automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and senior leadership, driving data-led decision-making.Strengthen financial controls and governance to support the evolving needs of a fast-scaling business.Oversee group audit and compliance requirements, ensuring best-in-class financial practices.Partner closely with FP&A, Operations, Legal, and other key functions to drive business performance.Candidate Profile:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA) with 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience.Proven track record in a PE-backed, high-growth environment, with a deep understanding of investor requirements and financial rigor.Extensive experience leading and developing large finance teams, with a strong focus on building high-performance cultures.Strong technical expertise in financial controls, automation, and process optimisation.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at the highest levels.Commercially astute, strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished finance leader to step into a business-critical role within a rapidly growing, PE-backed organisation.
