Job Summary
The Accounts/Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee office maintenance and supplies, including facilities management and vendor liaison
* Support the accounting team with accounts payable and account receivable tasks
* Assist the office admin team with various administrative duties
* Liaise with building management and service providers to ensure optimal office operations
* Maintain office health and safety standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
* Proven experience in accounts payable and account receivable
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and communication skills
