Aramark are looking to recruit a Catering Supervisor for a unit in Parkmore Galway.
The ideal candidate will be able to: Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities with a can-do attitude.
Take responsibility for a small satellite restaurant seating approx.
people.
Supervise and coordinate all catering operations and staff.
Plan and execute catering events, ensuring client satisfaction Reconcile end of day transactions from till / credit card Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Train and mentor catering staff to ensure high performance.
Collaborate with clients to customize menus and services.
Monitor budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
A full clean driver's license is essential for this role as driving company van maybe required occasionally.
Requirements Proven experience in catering or food service management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
While the position is primarily Monday - Friday 06:4- 15:15, Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, is also needed.
