Business Systems Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Lead to join our team. This role involves embedding new systems and processes throughout the company once implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Implementation and Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements.
* Post-Implementation Support: Monitor system adoption and user engagement, providing training and support to ensure effective use of new systems, and identifying and resolving any issues or bugs.
* Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes and updates to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
* Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proven experience in system design, implementation, and post-installation support.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with project management and change management.
