This position requires flexibility and weekend work.
Responsibilities:
* Achieving store targets and KPIs.
* Meeting, greeting and engaging customers.
* Sales – highly skilled and has a proven track record.
* Shop maintenance (stock orders, merchandising).
* Booking in repairs to maximise revenue.
* Promote TechStar brand.
* Opening and closing store.
* Working with the till.
Personality:
* Passionate, outgoing, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must have excellent attention to detail and be a fast multitasker who will not go past the quality issues.
* Great team player and self-motivated. Have a good understanding of the technical aspects of electronic devices.
* High sense of work ethics and integrity.
Experience:
Experience in retail sales or customer service with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets. Preferred experience from Carphone Warehouse, Currys/PC World/KnowHow, Harvey Norman, DID or Expert stores.
