A talented administrator with 2+ years of experience is required to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain an organised environment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
* Respond promptly to email and phone enquiries, manage the main phone line
* Update internal accounts databases and spreadsheets
* Create, collect, and manage all documentation
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Perform ad-hoc admin tasks such as report generation, data entry, and scheduling
* Meet obligations to management standards
Requirements:
* Previous 2 years of experience in a similar administration or clerical role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Scheduling/diary management
* Excellent data entry skills
