About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our client's team in Inishowen, Donegal. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality products and services to residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and handover of site files.
* Prepare project reports for the Managing Director and clients, highlighting progress and any issues.
* Maintain accurate records, including on-site quality plans, Health & Safety documentation, and daily site folders.
* Liaise with Foremen, site teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
* Conduct regular quality audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Oversee accounting, costing, and billing to ensure projects stay within budget.
* Problem-solve and maintain a high level of attention to detail to achieve a quality finish.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a strong background in construction management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A clean driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
