MODULACC is a leading supplier of energy efficient modular buildings to the Irish market. Led by principles of innovation and sustainability, the Limerick-based company designs, manufactures and installs modular buildings for schools, colleges, commercial and health sector clients across Ireland.
Headquartered in Limerick with ISO9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001 certification, the company works with a wide range of clients to design and deliver modular space to their requirements. Manufacturing operations are located on the Dock Road site in Limerick city, while commercial operations are led from the Castletroy site on the Dublin Road.
The company has its sights firmly set on growth and has recently expanded their manufacturing and custom-build capabilities. There is a dynamic senior management team in place with a strategic business plan to take the company through this exciting phase.
The company now wishes to recruit a Marketing & Communications Lead to join in delivering the next phase of their strategic ambitions. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Marketing & Communications Lead will be a vital member of the established and growing MODULACC team.
Primary duties will include:
1. Development of a marketing & communications strategy.
2. Becoming the primary coordinator for all brand, marketing and communications activity at MODULACC.
3. Manage, optimise and develop MODULACC digital touchpoints including website and social channels.
4. Manage the MODULACC Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation objectives.
5. Create engaging, informative and impactful content and brand collateral in support of the MODULACC business objectives.
6. Working with the Commercial team to successfully acquire, nurture and convert leads to customers.
7. Optimise the Customer Journey through research and insight.
8. Manage 3rd party relationships with creative and marketing agencies.
The ideal candidate will be:
1. A self-starter who has at least 3-5 years' experience working autonomously to deliver marketing success.
2. Demonstratable experience in B2B marketing and communications.
3. Experience in creating and delivering all forms of B2B content (e.g. web, blog, case studies, white papers, eBooks, presentations).
4. Able to communicate plans and results to cross-functional team members and senior leadership.
5. Demonstrable success with SEO and SEM campaigns.
6. Experience managing creative and marketing agencies.
7. Experience using CRM platforms to drive customer acquisition and retention.
8. Excellent communicator, including keen listening skills. Be creative and innovative.
9. Fast learner, able to understand new, innovative and emerging technologies.
10. Collaborative, able to work across functional teams.
11. Detail oriented, well organised, efficient with time management and deadlines.
12. Ability to work at a fast pace, challenge and drive results and track success.
