Our client, a prominent civil engineering contractor based in Dublin, is currently seeking an experienced Civils Foreman to join their team on a project located in South Dublin.
The role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
This contractor operates solely in Dublin, offering long term work in the area.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors.
Ensure works are carried out in line with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Maintain a productive, efficient, and high-quality site environment.
Collaborate with senior management, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Uphold all health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
Perform routine inspections and monitor project timelines to meet key milestones.
Prepare regular progress reports and address any emerging issues or delays.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Civils Foreman on civils projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and manage day-to-day construction activities.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety protocols and site operations.
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
