Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced all-rounder marketeer who can drive innovative digital campaigns, develop strategic branding initiatives, and foster relationships with media.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, branding and PR to play a pivotal role in driving innovative campaigns and fostering partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Direction:Craft and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, drive the execution of data-driven campaigns focused on achieving impactful results, and analyse performance metrics to continually refine and optimise campaigns.
* Digital Marketing Expertise:Oversee social media campaigns to maximise ROI, stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive advantage, and build and grow vibrant, active online communities for donors and partners.
* Business Development:Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for new opportunities, contribute to organisational growth through innovative strategies and donor acquisition, and coordinate all public relations activities including press releases.
The Person:
* Qualifications:A relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Media, PR or equivalent qualification.
* Skills:Strong project management skills, ability to collaborate with colleagues and partners, initiative-taker with the ability to drive work forward to tight deadlines, proven ability to analyse and report on content and digital performance, solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), experience of using website content management systems such as WordPress, strong analytical skills, experience of social media management and strategy, capacity to work hands on as required, high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
Remuneration:
Salary will be in the region of €55,000+ (Depending on Experience)
