Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to supporting our growth strategy, focusing on identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential leads. The Lead Generation Specialist will work closely with the sales teams to build a high-quality sales pipeline, helping to drive engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify prospective leads aligned with our target customer profile.
2. Perform outreach through cold calling, email, and social media to introduce our services.
3. Qualify leads based on interest and potential fit, documenting key information in the CRM system.
4. Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
5. Track and report on lead engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
6. Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database to ensure data accuracy.
7. Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and outreach processes for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to build rapport quickly and engage prospective clients effectively.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data entry and tracking.
6. Ability to work independently and meet goals within a part-time schedule.
