Retail Trainer
Excel recruitment is seeking a Retail Trainer to join our client in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for retail and thrives off developing and leading others.
This role involves designing and implementing strategies that best suit the model of the business, partnering with stakeholders across the business to establish training and development needs, and facilitating learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
* Facilitate and coordinate learning programs, evaluating their effectiveness and reporting on results.
* Propose and implement approaches to measuring the impact of learning interventions on colleagues and the business.
* Drive a culture of continuous learning across the business.
* Built strong relationships with internal and external partners and colleagues.
* Understand business priorities and use feedback to ensure learning programs are effective and impactful.
About You:
* You have strong communication skills, adept at working with various stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
* Experience in designing high-quality learning solutions across multiple business areas, with knowledge of emerging trends in learning and development.
* The role requires travel to all sites nationwide to deliver training and engage with colleagues.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in learning and development in multi-site retail environment, including designing learning programs.
* A third-level relevant qualification in HR or business-related field/professional training qualification is desirable.
