An experienced HR Manager is sought to join a well-established Irish brand promotional agency based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development of HR framework, including HRIS systems, processes, procedures, policies, and service delivery standards.
* Manage compensation and benefits worldwide, including implementation of National Wage Agreements and Sectoral Bargaining.
* Provide expert HR guidance and operational support to managers as a business partner.
* Partner with management, staff, and unions to champion change and improve organisational performance.
Requirements:
* 4-6 years' experience working as a HR Manager in a dynamic business environment.
* Experience working in international markets from an Irish base.
* Strong relationships with managers, staff, and unions.
