Job Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and Excel skills, strong administrative and organizational abilities, and the capacity to work calmly under pressure.
Daily Tasks:
* Ensure prompt and courteous welcome of visitors, maintaining a professional business image.
* Sign courier deliveries and notify relevant personnel in a timely manner.
* Prepare daily lodgements, process manual visa payments and bank statements, and save payroll reports while maintaining up-to-date records.
* Handle general payroll inquiries and ensure authorization for weekly payrolls via Sage Micropay.
* Invoice daily Commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices, preparing income summaries for meetings as needed.
Skill Requirements:
* Self-motivation, attention to detail, and independence.
* Prior experience with payroll administration and invoicing is desirable.
* Excellent communication, Excel, and teamwork skills, along with strong administrative, organizational, and business support capabilities.
