Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the German-speaking markets.
* Identify, attract, and engage top talent using various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events. Conduct proactive searches for both active and passive candidates.
* Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles in the German-speaking regions to meet the future hiring needs of the business.
* Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates. Assess candidates for cultural add, technical skills, and career aspirations.
What are we looking for:
* Excellent level of written and spoken German language skills.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
* Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting.
