**Job Title:** Bid Manager - Retail or Retail Construction Projects
Location: Dublin Airport, Ireland (with remote work options available)
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster strong relationships with senior officials at the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) while managing bids and tenders for retail spaces at the airport.
* Ensure all projects comply with the relevant regulations and safety standards set by DAA, maintaining the highest quality and safety levels.
* Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain robust relationships with DAA officials and other key stakeholders.
* Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Advanced degrees or certifications in project management, business, or construction are a plus.
* Proven experience as a Bid Manager, preferably in retail or construction projects.
* Experience working with airports authority as well as retail and FitOut projects is highly desirable.
* Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards applicable to the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) and the retail construction sector.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-ranking officials and key stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate bid documents, financial proposals, and compliance requirements.
* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all bid submissions and project documentation.
* Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
* Strong teamwork and leadership abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
