FRS Recruitment is inviting applications for the role of 'Store & Sales Assistant' on behalf of a leading Irish Agribusiness. This is a full-time permanent position with competitive rates.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Unload, check and store all deliveries arriving into stock.
* Prepare, load and dispatch orders for contract customers.
* Maintain the store and yard in a safe and proper condition, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
* Record all transactions on the IT stock control system.
* Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile balances with the stock system.
Sales Duties
* Liaise with the Purchasing Department on quotes and proposals regarding quality, price and lead time.
* Create computerised purchase orders for retail stock.
* Receive, update and maintain the Stock system.
* Coordinate shipment and logistics for smooth and timely delivery of goods.
* Issue sales documents and invoices for all stock despatches.
* Handle cash, cheques and debit/credit card receipts.
* Participate in Debtor control.
Contract Work
* Order and coordinate stock requirements for teams working on site.
* Record Job cards on Stock/Accounts system.
* Generate invoices upon completion of contract work.
