Job Description:
PAM Ireland is currently recruiting for candidates to join their 2025 Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship in conjunction with the College of Further Education and Training Campus and Technology University Dublin (TUD)/ South East Technological University (SETU) Carlow starting in September 2025.
This is a structured 4-year program including both hands-on and classroom-based learning. You will need to commit to 4 years of studying hard for your B1/B2 modules which are intense and require dedication. Upon successful completion of this program, you will qualify for a B1 or B2 EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence and become eligible to certify Ryanair’s 600+ aircraft fleet.
Based in Shannon, you will be working with highly experienced aircraft engineers in one of our biggest engineering hangars responsible for providing engineering maintenance to our 600+ Boeing aircraft. You will also gain experience in airframe and avionics and in pre-into service checks completed on our new aircraft deliveries from Boeing as we continue to grow our fleet to over 800+ aircraft in the next 10 years. This is an excellent opportunity for successful candidates to work in an exciting, vibrant industry and obtain a recognised qualification in aircraft maintenance.
As part of the initial training, you will also be required to spend some time in Shannon, Stansted, or Bergamo for classroom-based learning and hands-on experience while doing your studies in TU Dublin/ SETU Carlow.
