Job Description:
The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services and communicating with the team to maintain consistent service standards.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders, including the HSE, to ensure effective service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Attending meetings with stakeholders as required
* Working collaboratively with the team to ensure satisfactory service delivery
* Planning and implementing initiatives to meet the needs of service users
* Carrying out orientation and supervision of new staff members
* Delivering assessment protocols to agreed standards
* Maintaining accurate documentation of service user care provision
* Visiting clients to review service delivery and gather feedback
* Conducting checks and completing client and staff feedback forms
* Monitoring client satisfaction levels
Requirements:
* Current and in-date ABA registration
* In-date certificates in mandatory courses such as Patient Moving & Handling and CPR
* Strong understanding of HIQA standards
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in basic IT systems
