What Will Your Day To Day Look Like?
You will process Customer orders.
You will create and arrange Customer uplifts and ensure they are completed to Customer satisfaction You will be responsible for prompt query resolution for all Customers - primarily by phone / email You will be the point of contact for specific Customers You will generate and issue various Customer reports You will attend Customer Operations & internal meetings as required.
You will support telemarketing & telesales initiatives as required What Skills Do You Need For This Role?
