About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our senior management team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving growth and success by delivering an exceptional in-store and online experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to annual budgeting and manage areas within the Profit & Loss statement.
* Implement pricing policies, sales promotions, and oversee loss prevention.
* Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and store policies.
* Oversee staff deployment, building maintenance, and facility management.
* Enhance customer experience through events and loyalty programs.
* Collaborate with Warehouse, EPOS, Finance, and Marketing teams.
* Lead, coach, and develop managers, supporting recruitment and training.
* Monitor sales performance, margins, and stock turnover.
* E nsure a safe, clean, and compliant store environment.
Key Tasks:
* Report quarterly on commercial performance and action plans.
* Maintain optimal staffing for customer service and operational budgets.
* Analyze Key Performance Indicators with managers and drive performance improvements.
* Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
* Provide weekly performance updates to Directors.
