We are looking for a new staff member. The ideal candidate must have good customer service skills, good communication skills, and the ability to take direction while showing initiative in a team setting. Ideally, candidates should have a financial services or office background, but we may consider someone who has recently finished a relevant course in this area and is eager to gain experience, learn, and demonstrate common sense with a good work ethic.
Responsibilities
1. Day-to-day office tasks
2. Administration including typing, file management, scanning, etc.
Qualifications
1. Ideally, experience in financial services or an office setting
2. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
3. Ability to multitask
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
