Job Description:
The Training & Learner Support Coordinator will play a key role in helping Grow Remote achieve its Employer Services Strategy. This includes developing and delivering engaging products and services directed at employers, including training courses, workshops, and consultancy offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a high-quality learning experience for learners at all stages of their journey
* Manage the development and maintenance of Learning Management Systems
* Onboard new learners onto our platforms and provide them with necessary information and access to resources
* Execute administrative duties relating to the training process
* Assist learners and facilitators with technical support
* Facilitate Grow Remote trainings and assist other facilitators as needed
* Collaborate with the Training Manager on data collection and analysis to improve course engagement, completion rates, and learner experience
* Diagnose and relieve blockers to constantly improve and iterate the course experience
* Expand Grow Remote Training offerings in collaboration with the Training Manager by identifying gaps in the market and developing new training offerings
Requirements:
* Passion for capacity building and supporting learners to fulfill their potential
* Solutions-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and radiate positivity
* At least 3 years of related experience in course operations, learner support, and learner experience
* Background in education (particularly online learning) strongly preferred
* Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
* Strong IT skills with experience of various LMS platforms and instructional design software considered an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
