At TWi, we are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Technical Account Manager with strong content knowledge and expertise to support our clients in achieving their business objectives, which will further drive the growth of TWi.

You'll have a deep understanding of navigating corporate structures, solving content-related problems, developing strong internal and external relationships, and have experience growing business areas or teams.
The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for the growth in new business with key accounts.
You will work with the Operations team to ensure we consistently deliver value on each project and solve our clients' ongoing content-related problems.
This is a key leadership position where you will be supported by the wider account team.
You will report to the Head of Sales and Partnerships.

What will you be doing?
Provide strategic input to and take responsibility for key areas of the key account strategy.
Listen to our clients' needs and provide feedback to the business that influences how we position our offering and potentially add new services, including technology solutions.
Lead potential clients to an understanding of content solutions that solve their problems, demonstrating how TWi services match their needs using value-based selling.
Develop and execute key account management plans for all specified clients.
Enable customers to achieve their business objectives through content.
Organise and coordinate business review meetings with clients at agreed intervals.
Establish client satisfaction reporting to ensure we are achieving clients' goals while acquiring learnings from each project.
Work with the team to develop thought leadership content that connects with our client base.
Support marketing to develop collateral to promote TWi services.
Collaborate closely with the Operations team to support new customer acquisitions and onboarding.
Provide input to client invoicing at the end of the month.
Agree and own specific business development metrics, particularly around pipeline development.
Identify opportunities for clients to act as advocates for TWi, such as case studies and testimonials.
Attend conferences, events, and client sites, where necessary.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on client management KPIs.
Your Skills And Experience Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in a tech comm, learning, or language role.
Third-level qualification related to content development and strategy, or in marketing, business, or another similar discipline.
Ideally, previous small business and multi-national experience.
Experience in account management is an advantage but not essential.
Demonstrated strong strategic thinking, interpersonal, negotiation, networking, relationship-building, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Highly analytical and data-driven while also being a people person.
Strong planning and organisational skills – can effectively allocate time and prioritise appropriately even when faced with multiple demands and competing priorities.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Passionate about new technologies and tools.
Interested in AI, machine learning, AR/VR, and other such technologies.
Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity.
Willingness and ability to travel, if needed.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Strong computer skills, including competency in an enterprise CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
