We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Architect and Project Manager to lead our biopharmaceutical site's digital transformation initiatives. This pivotal role will design and implement innovative digital solutions, improving operational efficiency, data management, and aligning with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement the company's digital transformation strategy, assessing current processes and technologies for digital enhancement opportunities.
* They will design and develop scalable digital architectures that integrate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics with existing systems, preparing detailed architectural documentation including system designs, data flows, and integration strategies.
* The Digital Transformation Architect and Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting industry regulations.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, regulatory affairs, quality assurance) will be essential to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals, communicating project status, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders at various levels.
* The role involves developing and executing change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization, providing end-user training and support for successful implementation and utilization of digital solutions.
* Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be defined and tracked to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives, conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in digital transformation and project management, ideally within the biopharmaceutical or related industry.
