Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club are looking for an experienced HR Manager to provide support to all teams & managers across the Hotel.
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage the employee journey from recruitment, onboarding, retention, disciplinaries, performance management to leavers.
2. Own and lead the review of contracts, employee handbooks, policies and handbooks to identify improvements and negotiate amendments.
3. Work in partnership with payroll to identify improvements and drive change.
4. Manage and enhance the recruitment process in line with industry standards and feedback.
5. Coach and advise managers on day-to-day ER related queries in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ensure adherence to mandatory training in compliance and H&S.
7. Develop strong working relations with key managers and team members.
8. Lead HR projects and support the team as required.
Brand experience is desirable but not essential.
