Community Operations Analyst
We are currently hiring for the German speaking market for a Community Operations Analyst.
Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests or potentially abusive content.
* Enforce clients Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Become knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.
* Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions to improve community support.
* Gather and analyze data to develop ways to improve user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Language Skills:
* Fluent near-native level (C1-C2) of market language in oral and written communication, with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends.
* Advanced level of English (C1).
Contract Details:
* Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen.
* Base salary: €29,700 per year.
* 25% salary uplift for late hours from 10pm to 2am (up to €30,200 per year).
* Travel allowance: €12 per day (before tax).

Working Hours:
* Candidates choose between Day shift (9am – 5:30pm) or Evening shift (6pm – 2am), Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.

* Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
Requirements:
* Fully confident in dealing with sensitive content.
* Eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for minimum 12 months or renewable).
