An opportunity has arisen for the role of an experienced Loan Agency Client Manager to join our Loan Administration Services Team. Our team provides loan portfolio administration services to our debt and credit clients.
Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
* Develop and oversee new Loan Agency clients and services onto servicing platform.
* Supervise the delivery of a team of Loan Analysts and Senior Loan Analysts.
* Manage the standard of work delivered from staff, monitoring quality and efficiency, and delegate work to appropriate levels as required.
* Oversee ongoing transaction deliverables including waterfalls, notices, and managing significant events in credit agreements.
* Review, manage, and interpret loan documentation for operational or reporting requirements, providing expertise on the administrative and operational aspects of the loan agreement.
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies between client data sets and internal systems.
* Act as the point of contact and escalation, building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, borrowers, and software providers, liaising with these parties frequently.
* Ensure accurate client reporting, liaising with internal accounting teams to guarantee deliverables are accurate and timely.
* Assist in designing and documenting the processes and procedures across all aspects of the loan agency delivery.
* Work closely with the Head of Loan Servicing and directors on business development initiatives, assisting in the preparation of prospective client workshops, demonstrations, and training.
* Assist the Head of Loan Servicing and Head of Function in identifying business opportunities for this segment, in terms of expanding our offering or solution.
* Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
* Provide training and coaching to ensure appropriate coverage and skill levels throughout the wider team.
