Base pay range Our client based in north Dublin is currently recruiting for a Head of Business Partnering to join their HR team.
As part of the HR senior leadership team, you will collaborate with a high-performing team of people leaders and contribute to the overall HR strategy.
You will operate in a matrix environment and fast-paced high-performance culture.
This role will support a complex business that has a wide remit in terms of stakeholders and will head up a team of HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted HR partner and collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead the people agenda, championing organization change initiatives involving appropriate stakeholders.
Lead a team of People Partners ensuring the right behavior, knowledge, and practices are in place in all interactions with employees and the management teams they partner with.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through coaching, organization design advice, and team development.
Support strategy development and change implementation.
Design and implement development initiatives ensuring talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies are robust.
Lead the performance management process and its divisional implementation, and any key actions and insights that are generated.
Provide HR insights and data to influence decision-making.
Experience/Requirements A primary degree is essential, preferably in Human Resources or a related area, and ideally be a member of the CIPD.
Proven track record of Business Partnering with executive or divisional leadership.
Demonstrable experience in people management.
Strong team leadership in a matrix environment or similarly complex structure.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Have the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
Be flexible and demonstrate a high level of initiative, interest, and energy with an ability to deal with high volumes of activities.
