* Streamline and Innovate: Champion the implementation of new HR data systems and processes, making information easier to manage and use.
* Help Build a Great Place to Work: Use your analysis to recommend policies and activities that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
* Support Our Team: Be the friendly face for employee queries, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.
* Welcome New Starters: Organise engaging onboarding and induction programmes, setting new employees up for success from day one.
* Ensure We're Doing Things Right: Assist with internal HR compliance audits, keeping us on the right side of the law.

What you'll bring to the table:
* Solid administrative skills, ideally with a background in HR.

* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Salary - €35,000 - €45,000 plus benefits
