Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and prepare client-focused PCS proposals and budgets for new business opportunities and ensure all requested information is provided in the final proposal within given timeframe.
2. Adhere to the proposal process.
3. Attend kick-off and strategy meetings to obtain all required information to develop an appropriate COA/eCOA implementation strategy on a project specific basis with operational support.
4. Liaise with the appropriate personnel including sales, strategic proposal development and operations throughout the proposal generation to ensure that the PCS proposal and strategy meets the business needs in line with triage priority.
5. Prepare costs for PCS proposals by utilizing available project information to generate internal fees and liaising with 3rd party vendors to secure quotes for external services.
6. Solicit input and review of proposals and budgets from the relevant operational departments including Manager, PCS Proposals and eCOA Operations.
7. Submit final QC approved PCS proposal, on time, to core team.
8. Attend client facing meetings in a support role when required.
9. Maintain filing and tracking tools in accordance with accepted practices.
10. Comply with ICON administrative, training and human resources policies.
11. Undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
12. Ability and willingness to travel at least 5% of the time (international and domestic: fly and drive).
