What you'll be doing ...
The Account Executive (SMB) is responsible for driving sales of Tableau products within a specified set of Enterprise accounts (1-200 Employees), exceeding sales objectives. This role leads all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead management, qualification, product demonstrations, evaluation, close and account care. This is a quota-carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.
Some of the things you will be doing include:
* Defining and completing your account and territory plans - proactively identifying and connecting with new and existing contacts within your named major strategic accounts.
* Running and qualifying multiple opportunities through the sales process to a successful close, in order to meet/exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota.
* Maintaining accurate customer and sales forecasting in Salesforce.com.
* Utilizing internal resources throughout the sales cycle e.g. product support and sales engineering.
* Providing initial product demos to prospects and working with sales engineering when required to deliver more sophisticated presentations.
* Nurturing and expanding your network within each account to further enhance our relationship with these customers.
* Providing regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through Salesforce.
* Staying ahead of competition, driven issues and products - being the Tableau Evangelist.
* Participating in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, customer care and marketing efforts.
* Traveling to customer sites across your territory to support your sales efforts.
Who you are...
* Prior full cycle sales experience with a proven track record of success.
* Experience managing and growing existing and/or net new logo accounts.
* Fluent in English & Russian.
* Expert in field-based enterprise software sales, selling solutions into large enterprise accounts.
* Consistent over achievement of sales goals.
* Desire and hunger to hunt new opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships within existing accounts.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with an ambitious approach to building and growing a successful business.
* Storyteller who enjoys sharing the Tableau story and creating excitement.
