Our client, one of the Big5, is in the midst of a transformation of our business and culture, and our EMEA Recruitment team are looking for Finder recruiters who can help us source top campus talent to lead this transformation.
This role focuses on building the campus talent pipelines for both graduate and intern positions across all businesses including Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal and Technical Consulting.
The Finder is accountable for ensuring pipelines are in place to meet our hiring demand through a combination of talent sourcing and reviewing CV's via the application tracking system.
Activities include:
1. Posting jobs (requisitions) on careers site via internal system
2. Reviewing applications based on criteria, conducting supplemental sourcing (via internal systems & online) where required
3. Processing all applications inline with agreed workflow, achieving 100% systems and data accuracy
4. Selecting shortlists of candidates based on agreed criteria, to progress through to Interview/assessment events
5. Dispositioning candidates not selected for assessment
6. Briefing candidates on the interview format in advance of their assessment event (via an email)
7. Executing to agreed service level agreement (SLA) throughout the process
